I’ve sold there recently and I know that my clients love it there. In fact I suggest that pocket to most of my house buying clients. I think it’s really an area to watch out for. Close to downtown, on the water…cool shops opening up. it’s a great spot! Personally, I think it’s going to be the new Beaches.
